Social Security Number Packet - Please download the following forms to obtain a Social Security Number. Once you have downloaded the forms and received an on-campus job offer, please go to the Office of International Students and Faculty, when e-mailed to do so, to obtain a letter to accompany the forms when applying for the Social Security Number. Your application will not be approved by the Social Security Administration without this letter.
